It shows how opposing parties become collaborators through repeated conversations that dissolve potential misunderstandings. The show creates opportunities for enemies to become friends through seemingly coincidental events, ultimately suggesting that they are fundamentally the same people.

"The Outlaw Doctor" has a tense plot that leaves me breathless and feeling chest tightness with each episode... There are many thought-provoking issues. When they mentioned "originally they thought coming here would be the beginning of a new life, one that should be full of hope," that statement really hit me. Too often, we adopt defensive postures and give strange looks because we don't understand. This drama is excellent—I wonder if others are following it.

Everyone's requests and demands are valid (except for the human trafficker), but unfortunately, the combination of grief and poor timing leads to outcomes that seem wrong.
