Synopsis

Former forensic investigator Fang Yi-jen is reunited with his daughter Chiang Hsiao-meng after her release from juvenile detention. As they, along with Hsu Hai-yin, a former bloodthirsty journalist turned PR for a foundation, try to start a new life, they find themselves entangled in a series of deaths. Fang Yi-jen becomes the prime suspect. The case connects to a crime of passion he committed 15 years ago, putting the reputation of his mentor, Lin Ching-jui, into question. To clear his name and prevent losing his daughter again, he must collaborate with Detective Chao Cheng-kuan and forensic doctor Hsueh Hsin-ning to uncover the truth.
