Plot synopsis:

Fan Wen-ning (played by Lien Binh Phat), a foreign doctor working illegally in Taiwan, and Dr. Zheng Wan-ping (played by Ning Chang), a neurosurgeon, work together to treat patients during a gas explosion accident. However, they become entangled in a medical controversy and are forced to go on the run. As they face pressure from both legal and illegal forces, their relationship evolves from opposition to cooperation as they struggle between law and humanity.
